Registration Details

  • All physicians or company representatives who wish to attend the 2ndEuroAsia Pediatrics Summit must complete their registration.

  • Registration payments must be made in accordance with the payment plan specified in the contract. A 10% late fee will be applied to overdue payments.

  • 20% VAT will be added to all registration fees.

What’s Included in the Registration Package?

Participants registered for the summit will receive:

  • Access to all scientific sessions, meeting halls, and the exhibition area

  • E-proceedings book, congress bag, name badge, e-program, and certificate of participation

  • Complimentary coffee breaks and lunch each day of the summit, plus one cookie break daily

 

Accomation Details

  • Accommodation prices are based on a 3-night package including room and breakfast
    (Check-in: September 24, 2025 at 14:00 / Check-out: September 27, 2025 at 12:00).

  • Accommodation fees are subject to 2% accommodation tax and 10% VAT.

    • All accommodation is on a bed and breakfast basis.

    • Participants who do not book accommodation through the official congress agency will be charged an additional daily fee for external access.

    • This fee covers venue transfers and access to congress facilities.

Traveling to Diyarbakır

Diyarbakır is easily accessible via daily direct flights from major cities across Türkiye and select international hubs. The city’s main airport, Diyarbakır Airport (DIY), is located just 10 km from the congress venue.

Domestic Flights (Within Türkiye)

You can reach Diyarbakır from many major cities including:

  • Istanbul (IST & SAW) – over 10 flights daily

  • Ankara (ESB) – 3–5 flights daily

  • Izmir (ADB) – 1–2 direct flights daily

  • Antalya, Adana, Mersin, and more – regular connections available

International Flights

While Diyarbakır does not currently have direct international flights, international participants can easily connect via Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW). These airports offer frequent domestic connections to Diyarbakır, making travel from Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia fast and efficient.

Participants of EuroAsia Pediatrics Summit 2025 can choose among selected partner hotels that offer convenient access to Dicle University Congress Center. These hotels provide bed & breakfast accommodation for a 3-night stay (September 25 check-in – September 28 check-out).
